THE STORY BEHIND JEAN

This praline is named after Jean Neuhaus Jr., the grandson of founder Jean Neuhaus and the inventor of the Belgian praline. A milestone in Belgian history. All named after members of the Neuhaus family, these pralines celebrate the Neuhaus legacy. Each one represents a story and a personality: Jean is intense and strong with dark Peruvian origin chocolate, Louise is elegant and refined with a sweet, smooth ganache of Javan origin, and Suzanne is musical with a melodic, refreshing raspberry center.

WHAT'S INSIDE?

A crisp bite into its fine Belgian dark chocolate shell reveals Jean's exquisite filling of Peruvian origin dark chocolate ganache (64% cocoa mass).
